The website www.fei-centralflorida.org functions primarily for its Members and Sponsors; however, all information on the FEI Central Florida Chapter website is accessible to anyone.

The FEI Central Florida Chapter website also contains links to other web sites. FEI - Central Florida Chapter has no control over and is not responsible (in any way) for the privacy policies, functioning or content of any linked sites. We recommend that you read the privacy policy of each site you visit.

FEI - Central Florida Chapter takes precautions not to share (with any third party) or allow any third party to share any personal information (e.g. home address, home telephone number, etc.) that the Chapter may have collected in the course of fulfilling its duties. FEI - Central Florida Chapter will, however, provide our Platinum, Gold and Bronze Sponsors with the ability to send (via U.S. or electronic mail) selected business information to Chapter Members which is approved by the Chapter Board. In most cases, these mailings are controlled directly by FEI - Central Florida Chapter and Member personal information is not released to the third party. In all cases, FEI - Central Florida Chapter approves the content and limits all such mailings to content deemed to be of some potential business value to members. 

Additionally FEI Central Florida Chapter may publish statistical information on Total Chapter Members, Total Chapter Members by Industry, Total Chapter Members by Size of Company, Total Member attendance at Chapter meetings and Total Visits to the Chapter website on its website and in its brochures and member companies names for marketing purposes.

Additionally, FEI - Central Florida Chapter publishes an annual Chapter Directory solely for the benefit of the Chapter Members. The Chapter Directory contains each Member's name and business information (i.e. title, business name, address, phone number, e-mail address, total employees, annual revenues, type of company and industry). This Member business information is taken directly from the FEI International Database and only adjusted as directed by a Member. A copy of the Chapter Directory is provided to each Chapter Member, Chapter Sponsor and prospective Chapter Member. Appropriate rules limiting the use of such information can be found in the current Chapter Directory. If you do not wish to have your name or business information in the Chapter Directory, please contact the Chapter Administrator immediately.

If any Member or Sponsor feels that their information has been handled improperly or in a manner that does not comply with this privacy policy or wishes to opt out of the information sharing as described above, please contact us by e-mailing to webmaster@fei-centralflorida.org or by calling or writing to any of the Chapter Board Members or Chapter Administrator (contact information is included in the website). We may make changes to this privacy policy at any time. If our privacy policies change, we will notify all users by an announcement placed on our web site. 

Finally, you should assume that all information contained in the Central Florida Chapter website is proprietary to the Chapter and express written consent from the Chapter Board is required to copy, refer to or otherwise use (in any manner) the information contained herein.
